Ingredients
- 100g of Folláin Seville Orange Marmalade
- 75g of soft light brown sugar
- 75g of butter or margarine
- 1 of large egg
- 150g of plain flour
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 1 tsp of ground ginger
- ½ tsp of ground cinnamon
- Pinch of of salt
- 75ml of milk
- Optional: 40g of chopped stem ginger (or glacé ginger)
