• 250g unsalted butter, softened
• 8 garlic cloves, minced
• 1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
• 12 toothpicks
• 3/4 cup plain flour
• 1/4 cup rice flour
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
• 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
