Delicious Chicken Kiev Recipe By George Ryle

Ingredients

• 2 x 425g Chicken Supremes or 2 x 325g Chicken Breasts, Skin-on
• 200g salted butter* @ room temperature
• 1 handful of fresh flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
• 2 cloves of garlic, peeled and finely grated
• 75g Parmesan, finely grated
• zest of half an unwaxed lemon
• 2 organic eggs
• 4 tbsp. of plain flour
• 4 handfuls panko breadcrumbs
• vegetable oil
• 400g Jersey Royals (or other seasonal new potatoes), scrubbed
• 1 loose head of spring greens, washed and roughly chopped
• unsalted butter
