Ingredients

• 1 large (or 2 smaller) heads of cauliflower
• 1 garlic clove, finely minced
• 1 cup flat leaf parsley
• 1/2 cup basil
• 1 cup pitted green olives
• 3 tablespoons capers, drained
• 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
• Extra virgin olive oil
• Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper
• 2 tablespoons of your favourite seeds or nuts
• 4 small handfuls of basil, parsley, seeds and cress
