Ingredients
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1/2 cup milk ((I used almond milk and it was perfect.))
- 3/4 cup oatmeal ((I used regular, not quick cooking.))
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 can Ro-tel tomatoes ((I used mild but use what suits your taste.))
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
