- ¾ cup sauerkraut
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 5-6 slices Swiss cheese
- Rye Bread, cut into cubes

- ¼ cup Hiland Dairy Sour Cream
- 3-4 Tablespoons ketchup
- 2 Tablespoons sweet relish
- 2 Tablespoons yellow onion, chopped small
- 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
- ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon salt
