Ingredients

• 6-8 bagels, sliced in half
• 3 1/2 oz Hiland Original Cream Cheese Spread
• 3 1/2 oz Hiland Onion and Chive Cream Cheese Spread
• 8 oz smoked salmon
• 1 tomato, thinly sliced
• 2 mini cucumbers, sliced
• 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
• 1/2 cup microgreens
• 1/3 cup cornichons
• 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
• 6 hard boiled eggs, halved
