Ingredients

• 3 Sweet Italian Sausages remove and discard casings
• 1 cup green onions sliced
• 2 medium zucchini diced
• 1 teaspoon Salt
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
• 1 teaspoon Garlic chopped
• 1 7 ounce jar roasted red peppers; drained and ch
• 1 16 ounce loaf Italian bread; torn up into bite about 8 cups
• 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded
• 6 large Eggs
• 1 1/2 cups Whole milk
