- 170 grs good quality white chocolate, roughly chopped (I used VALRHONA)
- 225grs (1cup and ¾ cups) White rye flour
- ½tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 125grs softened butter, cubed (not melted)
- 100grs (½ cup) dark brown sugar
- 125grs (½ cup) cup tahini
- 1tsp fine salt
- 1tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- ¼ cup raw sesame seeds
- ¼ cup Demerara sugar
