Ingredients

• 1/4 juice pure concentrated passion fruit or lemon juice
• 1 cup of ground granola or ground sweet cookies.
• 4 Tbs of vegetable oil.
• 2 Tbs of water.
• 2 Tbs of unflavored vegetable gelatin or agar agar
• 3/4 cup of cold water.
• 1 cup of hot water
• 3/4 cup of raw cashew nuts
• 1 pinch of salt
• 1/4 cup of honey
• 1 tsp of vanilla extract
• 1/4 pure concentrated passion fruit juice or lemon juice.
• 6-8 ice cubes
