Ingredients: 4 eggs boiled; 3 big potatoes cubed , boiled & mashed; ¼ cup oil; 1 small cubed onion; Add in mashed potatoes cook on low flame; Add 1 teaspoon crushed dhania (coriander) powder , 1 teaspoon jeera powder, ¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric) & mix well; Add 1 teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon crushed red chillies ½ teaspoon garamasala & chopped green dhania (coriander) mix well; Add in ¼ cup mozzarella cheese & cook till cheese has melted. Remove from stove allow to cool.
