- 1 kilo semolina
- 250 g Lurpak® Unsalted Butter
- 250 ml whole milk
- 60 ml rose water
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- 15 g dry yeast dissolved in water
- 200 g ground pistachios
- 100 g sugar
- 25 g icing sugar
