Ingredients

  • 2 (8-ounce) blocks original cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups shredded low-moisture whole milk mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 12 slices sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled, plus more for garnish
  • 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños, roughly chopped, plus more for garnish
  • 1/2 cup diced green chilies
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
  • Tortilla chips, for serving (optional)
  • Sliced French bread, for serving (optional)
  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar, mozzarella, and 1/2 cup of Parmesan in a medium bowl until blended.
  • Add bacon, jalapeños, green chilies, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, and stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  • Transfer mixture evenly into a lightly greased 8×8-inch baking dish. Top evenly with remaining Parmesan cheese.
