Ingredients

• 1/2 thumb turmeric, chopped fine
• 1/2 thumb fresh ginger, chopped fine
• 3 cloves garlic, chopped fine
• 1/2 onion, chopped fine
• salt and pepper to taste (about 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon each)
• 1 lb grass fed organic beef or other ground meat
• 2 eggs or 1 duck egg
• 1 tablespoon tomato paste
• 1-2 tablespoons cornmeal
