- 8 oz Logan's Salvadorian Style Chorizo
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 2 cups packaged slaw mix (without dressing)
- 10 oz shredded oaxaca cheese
- 2 cups masa harina
- 2 cups cold or room temp water, plus a little more if needed
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- canola oil for cooking
