• 1 teaspoon sea salt
• 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• 8 small brioche slider buns , lightly toasted
• 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
• 4 slices cheddar cheese, halved
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 1/2 cup butter lettuce leaves
• 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
• 2 tablespoons bread and butter pickles
