Ingredients

• ¼ cup Nong’s Khao Man Gai Sauce
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
• 2 tbsp ginger, minced
• 1 tbsp garlic, minced
• 1 medium carrot
• 1 tbsp brown sugar
• ½ lime, juiced
• ½ tsp rice vinegar
• 1 medium orange, juiced
• ¼ cup soy sauce
• 2 tbsp honey
• ¼ cup water
• 2 tsp cornstarch
