• canola oil for grill
• 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
• 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
• 1 tablespoon minced garlic
• 1 cup good quality vodka spagetti sauce
• 2 tablespoons minced onion
• kosher salt and black pepper
• 6 quality hamburger buns, toasted
• 1 bag arugula blend bag salad
• 1 head of Belgian endive, chopped
• 2 tablespoons good quality olive oil
• 1 1/2 tablespoons good quality balsalmic vinegar
