• 1 package of readymade lasagna sheets (no precooking required)
• 400 gr spam meat (or any other canned meat product)
• 4 tbsp SOLIA SMILE oil
• 1 onion
• 1 small carrot
• 2 garlic cloves
• parsley
• bay leaf, rosemary
• 1 tablespoon tomato purée
• 1 tablespoon all-spice like Začin C or Vegeta
• 2 dl red wine
• salt, pepper
• 60 gr butter or margarine
• 40 gr flour
• 4-5 dl cold milk
• 2 yolks
• nutmeg
• 2 tbsp grated parmesan (or some other grated cheese)
