• 8 Sole Mio lasagna sheets (each cut into 4 pieces)
• 1 tbsp. oil
• 340 g minced beef
• 340 g Italian sausage
• 1 and ½ cup beef broth
• 1 jar pasta sauce
• 1 tbsp. salt
• 1 tbsp. black pepper
• 1 tbsp. garlic powder
• 1 cup ricotta
• 1 and ½ cup mozzarella
• ¼ cup parmesan
• a handful of basil
