Smooth & Sweet Cheesecake | Gay Lea
This basic cheesecake can be reinvented in multiple ways but is always creamy and delicious! Using Nordica Smooth trims over half the fat from a traditionally prepared cheesecake.
Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 mL) graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) GAY LEA - Salted Butter, melted
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) Nordica Smooth Plain
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 eggs, large
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) vanilla extract
- fresh berries, perserves or pie filling
