Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 3/4 lbs chicken tenders, cut into bite size chunks
- 1 red pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian herb mix
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 3 oz goat cheese (any flavor you like)
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup white wine or chicken broth
- 12 oz penne pasta
- salt and pepper
