• 1 cup dates
• ¼ orange, zest
• 1 1/2 tsp ground ginger
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• pinch ground cloves
• pinch pink salt
• Filling Layer
• 1 cup Farmer Cheese
• ¼ cup Lowfat Cranberry Crème Brûlée Kefir
• 1 cup fresh cranberries
• ¼ tsp orange, zest
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• ¼ tsp maple syrup
• ¼ tsp
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• ½ tsp vanilla
