• 1/4 cup bread crumbs, fresh or Italian
• 1/4 cup whole milk
• 1/2 tsp cayenne or red pepper flakes (adjust if you'd like more or less heat)
• 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
• 1/2 tsp ground coriander
• 1/2 tsp cumin
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp allspice
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 lb ground beef
• 1/2 lb ground pork
