- 50g Lindt EXCELLENCE 70% Cocoa, finely chopped
- For the Vanilla Cake
- 150g Butter, unsalted at room temperature
- 100g Raw Caster sugar
- 100g Caster sugar
- Pinch Salt
- 1-2tbsp Vanilla bean paste- be generous with vanilla
- 4 Eggs
- 250g Plain flour
- 1tsp Baking powder
- 60ml Milk
- 80g Lindt EXCELLENCE 70% Cocoa, chopped
- For the syrup
- 50g Caster sugar
- 100ml Water
- Optional Little Cognac or Galliano Vanilla
- Optional to finish Little Ganache
