- Pinch Salt
- 1-2tbsp Vanilla bean paste- be generous with vanilla
- 4 Eggs
- 250g Plain flour
- 1tsp Baking powder
- 60ml Milk
- 80g Lindt EXCELLENCE 70% Cocoa, chopped
- 50g Caster sugar
- 100ml Water
- Optional Little Cognac or Galliano Vanilla
- Optional to finish Little Ganache
