De Luxe Bruschetta Recipe
Peel and finely dice the onions and garlic. Wash and finely dice the tomatoes. Wash meat, dab dry, cut into small cubes.

- 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
- 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, sweet paprika
- 125 g Whipped cream
- 1 bunch/pot of basil
- 8 discs Crusty bread (approx. 60 g each)
- 100 g grated Emmental
