• 2 Tbsp. olive oil
• 2 cups fresh bread crumbs
• 3 Tbsp. olive oil
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• ¼ cup each white wine vinegar and olive oil
• 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
• 1 Tbsp. honey
• 2 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and finely chopped
