Gory guts pizza tear 'n' share bread - Good Food Middle East

Ingredients

• 500g strong white bread flour, plus extra for dusting
• 7g sachet fast-action dried yeast
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 garlic cloves, crushed
• 2 x 400g cans chopped tomatoes
• ½ tsp dried oregano
• 250g grated mozzarella or cheddar, or use a mixture
• pizza fillings of your choice (we used olives and ham)
• 2 tbsp herby garlic butter
