Ingredients: 2 Grated tomato; 2 tablespoon Tomato puree; 1Tblsp Kashmiri masala; 1Tblsp Chilli powder; 1 teaspoon Aminas Wet masala (optional); ½ teaspoon tumeric; Salt to taste; 2Tblsp Oil mix with 3Tblsp ghee (Clarified butter); 1 Large grated and fried onion with 2 Green slit chilli Curry leaves bay leaf whole spices like cinnamon stick Whole black peppers ..whole Jeeru (Cumin) ..Elachi (cardomom) pods 1small aniseed; Add the veges let it simmer besides the beets and 1 can of Butter bean (brine removed)
