Chicken Veg Mac Soup recipe by Naseema Zulfi Khan

Ingredients

• ¼ cup Oats soaked and then blended
• +- 1 Cup boiled Macaroni ( or Elbow noodles )
• Add 60g Butter or ghee (Clarified butter) in pot on stove
• 1 Medium Chopped Onion
• ½ teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin) seeds
• Few slices of Garlic
• Few torn Dry Red chilli
• 4 pepper corns
• 2 Cloves
• Pinch of Elachi (cardomom)
• Add 2 Chopped up Chicken fillets
• Add again 1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic paste
• Add 1 grated Tomato
• 2 tablespoon Tomato puree or Paste
• 1 teaspoon Kashmiri masala
• 1 & ½ teaspoon Dhana Jeera mix
• 1 teaspoon Garum Masala
• 1 teaspoon tumeric
• ADD In the steamed Veges, Potato and Macaroni
• AT THE END ADD 1-2 tablespoon I TOMATO SAUCE
• Add few Blobs of Butter on the simmering Soup
