Veggie Stew recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• ½ teaspoon Methi (Fenugreek) seeds
• ½ teaspoon Rye (black seed)
• 1 Taj
• ½ teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin)
• Few curry leaves 🍃
• Add in 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa green chilli paste
• 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa red ♥️ ginger 🫚 garlic
• Cubed sweet potato 🥔 butternut 🧄carrots 🥕thinly sliced cabbage🥬 chopped robot peppers🫑 🌶
• 1 teaspoon chilli powder
• 1 teaspoon crushed chillies
• 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo
• ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
• 1 diced tomato 🍅
