• 2 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 3 eggs
• 3/4 cup buttermilk
• 1 tablespoon vanilla
• 1 cup chocolate chips
• 1 cup mini marshmallows
• 1/3 cup heavy cream
• 2 tablespoons butter, cubed
