• 1 Tsp. worchestershire sauce
• 1/4 cup of fresh grated onion
• Cooking Spray for Grilling
• 12 slices of pepperjack cheese
• 6 onion rolls
• 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1/2 small lime
• 1 small jalapeno
• 4 cups of shredded lettuce
