• 1.5 lbs twice ground beef brisket
• 3 fresh jalapenos, seeded and finely chopped
• 2 tbsp Worcestshire Sauce
• 2 cups finely shredded cheddar and monterrey jack cheese (from a combined package)
• 2 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
• 2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
