Earl Grey Rooibos Ice Cream Recipe – Tick Tock

Ingredients

• 390g cashews if you’d like leftover cashew milk or 65g if just making enough for the ice cream
• 4 Tick Tock Earl Grey Rooibos teabags
• 60ml water
• 250g Tea Infused Sugar (we used Tick Tock Earl Grey Rooibos)
• 4 tbsp cocoa butter
• 4 tbsp coconut oil
• 1 tsp salt
• 240ml coconut milk
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 vanilla bean
