Maple Glazed Carrots - Spring Tree

Ingredients

• 2 bunches rainbow carrots, peeled and quartered lengthwise
• 1/2 cup Grade A Amber Color, Rich Taste Syrup
• 1 stick salted butter
• 2 tsp ground coriander
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tbsp toasted cumin seeds
• 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1/4 cup water
• 2 tbs cilantro, chopped
• Salt & pepper to taste
