Glazed Turkey Meatloaf – SLAP Farms

Ingredients

• 1 cup ketchup
• 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
• 2 1/2 tablespoons cider vinegar
• 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
• 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
• 1 onion, chopped fine
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 20 Ritz crackers, crushed
• 1/3 cup milk (full fat or 2% works best, avoid 1% and skim milk)
• 2 pounds SLAP Farms ground turkey
• 2 SLAP Farms eggs plus 1 egg yolk
• 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
• 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
• 1/3 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
• Salt and pepper
