Ingredients
- 20 oz / 1 pound 4 oz (or as close to it as possible) package of chocolate sandwich creme cookies (see note 1), 3 set aside for topping
- 1-2 tablespoons coconut oil (see note 2)
- 5 pints vegan ice cream (we used 3 vanilla and 2 chocolate) (see note 3)
- 1 ½ cups vegan chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
