BUFFALO WAHOO BURGERS - Sutter Home Family Vineyards

Ingredients

• 1/2 half pound butter
• 4 3/4 teaspoons hot sauce
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup, 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
• 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
• Canola oil for brushing on grill
• 2 pounds freshly ground sirloin
• 1 teaspoon dried thyme
• 1 minced clove garlic
• 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
• 3 tablespoons grated onion
• 1/2 cup grated carrots
• 1/2 cup diced celery
• 6 Kaiser rolls split
• Head of iceberg lettuce, cored, halved and sliced
• 6 or more slices Maytag blue cheese (if the slices are small you may need 2)
