- 4 Golden Delicious apples, peeled, cored and sliced
- 2 tbls caster sugar
- 1 tsp orange rind, finely grated
- 2 tbls orange juice
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 80g butter, chilled, chopped into small pieces
- Thickened cream or vanilla ice cream, to serve
