• 200 g Ditalini or Tubettini pasta (O-shaped pasta)
• 2 carrots, chopped
• 1 large onion, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp of olive oil
• 1 tsp Cool Runnings adobo seasoning
• 2 tsp Cool Runnings paprika
• 1-2 tsp Cool Runnings parsley flakes
• Grated parmesan to serve
