Ingredients

• 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
• 1 cup + 2 tablespoon almond milk
• 1 1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
• 3/4 cup + 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
• 1 1/2 pints vanilla ice cream (vegan)
• 2 drops of pink or blue food color
• 1 cup white chocolate chips
• 1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon heavy cream
• 1 teaspoon light corn syrup
• 2 teaspoons white food color
• American buttercream
• Sprinkles: pink and blue
