Pistachio pesto noodles with lime marinated shrimp

Ingredients

• A package of Tagliatelle Nonna Rina
• Topping of pistachios, basil and lime zest
• 50 g shelled and peeled pistachios
• 10 g grated Grana cheese
• 10 basil leaves
• 30 ml extra virgin olive oil
• 20 ml water
• 200 g shrimp tails
• The juice of 1/2 lime
• One teaspoon of pink pepper berries
• 25 ml of extra virgin olive oil
• q.b. salt
