Nibblous | peach cobbler
Tasty, chewy outer and soft inside—peach cobbler made in an unfamiliar oven took longer but was still delicious. Perfect served with cream or ice cream.

Ingredients
- 125g butter, melted
- 1 cup (plus 3TBS) granulated sugar
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla (Raj had a lovely one with seeds in)
- 3-4 peaches, thinly sliced (we used a large tin of peaches)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
