• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/8 tsp black pepper
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 egg
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 4 tbsp butter
• 3 tbsp flour
• 1 pt beef broth
• 8 fl oz oat cream
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
• 1 tsp dijon mustard
