Parmesan Spinach Rice
This Parmesan Spinach Rice is one of my favorite way to make it. When ever I have extra spinach or find it on sale I use it up in this rice.
Ingredients
- 1 T butter
- 2 T minced garlic
- 1-2 t garlic salt
- 3 cups Spinach
- 2 Cups uncooked rice
- 4 Cups water or chicken stock
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
