• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
• Salt and black pepper, to taste
• 1 cup cooked jasmine or basmati rice
• 2 tbsp chopped green onions
• 1 tbsp toasted shredded coconut (for garnish)
