Ingredients

• 1 lg. and 1 small can diced tomatoes (spiced are better) with liquid
• 1 large can red kidney beans rinsed and drained
• 2 cans beef broth
• 1 ring of Kelbasi sausage (about a pound) cut lengthwise then crosscut into 1/2-inch pieces
• 1 med. diced bell pepper
• 1 med. onion, diced
• 1/2 tsp. sugar
• 1/2 c. chopped carrots (optional)
• 1 can Italian green beans, drained
• 2 large baking potatoes cut in 1/2-inch cubes
