• 3/4 cup vegan butter (I use Earth Balance)
• 2/3 cup brown sugar
• 2/3 cup white sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1/4 teaspoon ginger
• 1/4 teaspoon allspice
• 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 - 10 ounce bag vegan chocolate chips or carob chips
• 1 vegan egg (I used 1 tablespoon flaxseed with 3 tablespoons water, boiled)
• 2 cups white or wheat flour
